This is a tentative schedule of the OOA public meetings for the current year.
The Office of Outdoor Advertising holds monthly public meetings to review permit and license requests, transfers and other related business as well as receive public comment.
OOA public meetings are usually held on the second Thursday of each month at 11AM in Conference Rooms 5 & 6 on the Second Floor of the Transportation Building located at 10 Park Plaza Boston MA 02116.
Please note that all dates, times and conference rooms are subject to change and that meetings may be cancelled at the discretion of the Director.
Tentative agendas for upcoming public meetings can be accessed below in advance of the scheduled meeting. Final Agendas and Minutes will be posted once available. These public meetings are accessible to people with disabilities and individuals with limited English proficiency. If you need a reasonable accommodation (such as American Sign Language Interpreters, assistive listening devices, handouts in alternate formats, etc.) and/or language assistance (such as translated documents or an interpreter) to fully participate, please contact the OOA staff at 857.369.9700 or OOAInformation@dot.state.ma.us at least 7 days prior to the event.
