In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Racial and Gender Profiling Law, http://www.state.ma.us/eops/profiling.htm) the MA Executive Office of Public Safety has established a toll-free hotline enabling motorists to report suspected incidents of racial or gender Profiling.
If you believe that you were stopped by a police officer because of your race or gender, you may report the incident by calling 1-866-6RACIAL(1-866-672-2425), or by contacting the police department of the officer who made the stop.
