The last scheduled group testing opportunity for the "S" endorsement is on Wednesday, August 3, 2005. All testing will be administered on a walk-in basis between 8:00am and 11:00am at the following locations:

- FRAMINGHAM - 750 Winter Street
Joseph P. Keefe Technical School (Auditorium)
- NEW BEDFORD - 284 Myrtle Street
Trembley's Bus Company
- BOSTON - 31 Industrial Drive (Readville)
First Student Transportation
- SPRINGFIELD - 1840 Roosevelt Avenue
Central High School (Cafeteria)
Due to the federal Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act (MCSIA), beginning September 30, 2005, all school bus operators must have a school bus “S” endorsement on their Commercial Driver’s Licenses, in addition to a DTE school bus certificate. A driver's ability to operate a school bus will be affected by this new requirement. Any driver who does not meet this new requirement will not be allowed to drive a school bus after September 30, 2005.
