Change to Registration Decals
Registration decals are no longer being manufactured to bear control numbers. Depending on the specific date of manufacture, some batches of decals (01 through 05) will have control numbers, while others manufactured more recently will not.
The more recent stickers bear only the small rectangle at the bottom with the characters: "No." already preprinted...with no control numbers following.
Both types of decals are valid and can be used normally.
