  2. What type of web browser do I need to complete an online transaction with the RMV?

    Your browser must support Secure Socket Layers (SSL).

    We recommend the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.x or higher, or Netscape Navigator version 4.05 or higher.

    For the highest level of security, your browser should support "128-bit" encryption.

    Note: This information can be verified by selecting "About" from the "Help" menu in your browser.

  3. Why haven't I received a confirmation email from my transaction yet?

    If you've completed a transaction on our website and have not received a reply from us within three (3) business days, verify that your ISP or email service has not mistakenly flagged the confirmation email as spam and filed it in a bulk mail folder.

    Also be sure that your email service allows you to receive messages that originate from Feedback.Registry@state.ma.us.
