Looking to buy a new or used car? The Registry of Motor Vehicles has a consumer's guide to buying or leasing a vehicle. "Car Smart" is a publication of the Massachusetts Consumer's Coalition and it includes information on vehicle inspection, financing, internet resources and even obtaining satisfactory repairs.
