This web page contains the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for Federal Fiscal Years 2011 to 2014 and the Draft Data for Federal Fiscal years 2012-2015. It is a federally-mandated document, and is a compilation of the priority roadway, bridge, transit, and intermodal projects as programmed by the Commonwealth's ten Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) and the three non-MPOs. It also includes all narratives, certifications, and source documents as required.
