The Beyond Boston project consists of six tasks:

1. Study Background/Familiarization
2. Develop a statewide transit vision
3. Identify existing conditions and transit system trends
4. Identify issues and improvement opportunities
5. Evaluate improvement scenarios
6. Develop recommendations

Study efforts will also be guided by an advisory committee.  The involvement of the study advisory committee and the public will be as illustrated below.
