Violation Processing System

You may choose to appeal a ticket or violation issued by MassDOT. Once you have completed the appeal process your appeal will be submitted to MassDOT for judgment. All appeals will be responded to within sixty (60) days.

There are two ways to request an appeal:

Online
By using a violation number, you can appeal some or all of your outstanding violations.

Appeal Online
(Online Appeals are available daily between 2:30 am and Midnight, have your violation notices ready.)

Online appeals are provided by ParkingTicketPayment.com, a safe and secure service of MassDOT.

 
By Mail

Fill out the Appeal Form on the back of your violation and mail to:
