FAST LANE and E-ZPass customers who have received out of state electronic toll violations. If you were an account holder on the date of the violation and your account is in good standing, you are encouraged to appeal. If you are an E-Z Pass account holder, please attach a valid E-Z Pass statement showing that your account is in good standing.

Please do not call MassDOT to appeal or pay a violation.
