Parking overnight at MassDOT park-and-ride lots on state property is not prohibited, but it is at your own risk. If you have any safety concerns, it is recommended that you contact the local police department. Parking at facilities leased by MassDOT (e.g., the Sturbridge lot and the Framingham lot on Flutie Pass) are subject to a legal agreement with the land owner; please
