In addition to on line sign-up and the Customer Service Centers, new individual FAST LANE accounts can be opened at the locations listed on this page by selecting the credit card payment option only. If you open an individual account at one of these locations, you must wait three (3) business days from the day you received your FAST LANE transponder before it can be used on the MassPike, Sumner Tunnel, Ted Williams Tunnels and the Tobin Memorial Bridge. You must wait three (3) additional business days before your FAST LANE transponder will be accepted out of state on E-Z Pass toll roads.

If you open an individual account at one of these locations, FAST LANE service, information or additional transponders for your account can only be requested at one of the Customer Service Centers or by calling 877-627-7745, please have your 4 digit PIN number and account number ready to access your account information.
