The proposed project consists of safety improvements at the intersection of Broad Street and High Street. Improvements may include the installation of a fully actuated traffic signal system, modifications to the lane configuration, the installation of signage and pavement markings, construction of new ADA/AAB compliant sidewalks and handicap ramps as well as other incidentals. Twelve foot lanes and five foot shoulders are proposed on Route 18 as part of this project.
