The Bridge is a 20 span, 1,650 foot long structure originally designed to carry 4 lanes of traffic (2 each way) with sidewalks on each side. It has a symmetrical cross section with 2 – 12 foot lanes, a 2 foot shoulder (L), and 1 foot shoulder (R) and 11 foot sidewalk on each side with a 4’ concrete median (no guardrail), for a total out-to-out width of 80 feet. It is currently operating with one-lane in each direction.
