Summary of the Capacity Analysis Results for 2035 Build Condition
This graphic shows the overall intersection-by-intersection levels of service (LOS) ratings for the AM and PM peak-hour conditions based upon the projected traffic volumes anticipated in 2035 in the Build condition. LOS is defined as “a qualitative measure describing operational conditions within a traffic stream, and their perception by motorists and/or passengers.” At signalized intersections, LOS is based upon the average control delay per vehicle for the various movements within the intersection. Other factors contributing to the signalized intersection LOS include time allocation and volume to capacity relationships.
Summary of Morning Queue Analysis for 2035 Build Condition
This graphic shows the 50% queue for the AM peak-hour conditions based upon the projected 2035 traffic volumes for key intersections in the Build condition. The 50% queue is the maximum length of queue for a typical signal cycle. The queue length is show for each lane group at a signalized intersection.

2035 Build At-Grade Capacity/Level-of-Service Analysis
An analysis of the 2035 volumes for the full-build Casey Arborway intersections (as depicted in the 25% design drawings). This analysis results is based on proposed signal timing and phasing using the projected 2035 traffic volumes, which include background traffic growth as predicted by the Central Transportation Planning Staff regional model and specific local development projects as identified during the planning stage for the Casey Arborway Project.
