Wednesday, March 11, and Thursday, March 12, MassDOT held the 2015 Innovation and Technology Transfer Conference at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. Participants included over 600 of the leading transportation officials from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), MassDOT, local departments of public works, and municipalities, as well as engineers, planners, exhibitors and others. There were over 30 concurrent sessions with presenters and facilitators from industry, FHWA, MassDOT, and consultants along with approximately 50 exhibitors and sponsors.
Speakers at the plenary sessions included the Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito, Interim MBTA General Manager Frank DePaola, MassDOT Highway Division Chief Engineer Patty Leavenworth, and FHWA Massachusetts Division Administrator Pamela Stephenson.
