Parcel 9 Proposals
MassDOT will be accepting public comment on the 2 proposals it received from the remaining two proponents for Central Artery Tunnel Parcel 9 in Boston. The 15 day public comment period is from March 20, 2013 until April 4, 2013. The parcel is located at near the intersection of Blackstone Street and North Street. The Two proposals received are a response to Addendum III of the Original RFP released in December 2011 and subsequently revised in response to community feedback. The final two proponents made their Addendum 3 presentations to the community in public meetings held in the North End on March 20th.

Turnpike Air Rights 12 - 15 Proposals
MassDOT will be accepting public comment on the 5 proposals it received for Turnpike Air Rights Parcels 12-15 in Boston. The 30 day public comment period is from May 18, 2012 until June 18, 2012. The parcels are located near the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Boylston Street in Boston's Back Bay Neighborhood. Five proposals have been received in response to an RFP released in 2008 and subsequently revised, due to market conditions on March 16, 2012. The 4 proponents made presentations to the community in public meetings held in the Back Bay in December and January of their original proposals and again in April of their revised proposals.
