The proposed project consists of replacing the existing Washington Street Bridge over the Mill River in its present location with improvements to the approach roadways. Staged construction of the replacement bridge will allow Washington Street to remain open during construction. Shared accommodations for all users have been provided in accordance with applicable guidelines.
