Authorization to execute a Contract V40PS01 with Alstom Transportation, Inc. of New York for Selective Systems Overhaul of 86 Green Line Type 7 Light Rail Vehicles (LRV’s) at a not to exceed delivered cost of $104,393,982, with an anticipated date of no later than 51 months from the Notice to Proceed.

   7. Authorization to execute Amendment No. 4 with CH2M Hill Inc. (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) for Phase II engineering services for the multi-phase Green Line Type 7 Selective Systems Overhaul Project for a sum not to exceed $7,319,922 and anticipated completion no later than 51 months from Notice to Proceed.

   8. Authorization to execute a contract entitled “THE RIDE IN-PERSON ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT SERVICE” with Innovative Paradigms of Sacramento, California in an amount up to $9,692,977.

Authorization to execute the contract with Fay, Spofford and Thorndike in the amount of $12,891,403.66 for the preparation of the Preliminary Design, Environmental Impact Statement and Environmental Impact Report for the "Woburn - Reading - Stoneham - Wakefield: Routes I-93 and I-95 Interchange Improvement".

   13. Authorization to execute the contract entitled "Acton-Boxborough-Littleton-Resurfacing & Related Work on Route 2" with Brox Industries in the amount of $5,665,092.00.

   14. Authorization to execute the contract entitled "Haverhill-Interstate Maintenance & Related Work on I-495" with Brox Industries the amount of $17,118,894.40.

   15. Authorization to execute the contract entitled "Holyoke-West Springfield-Interstate Maintenance & Related Work on I-91" with SPS New England in the amount of $14,886,806.

   
   

3. MBTA - Executive Session Meeting

   • Authorization to enter into a contract with J. F. White Contracting Co. of Massachusetts to install and integrate security upgrades for a total cost not to exceed $2,524,000.

   • Authorization to extend current Station and Facilities Cleaning Contracts for six months.
